The project
Kaepa Hills is a boutique development of two-storey villas on a private hill with its own access. The homes are designed to open toward the Pacific and the surrounding forest, with private pools, covered parking and generous indoor-outdoor living space.
The project is genuinely under construction. Some homes are finished and can be visited, others are in progress, and a limited number are offered in presale. Availability changes, so the current status is always confirmed directly.
Design and construction
The architecture follows a modern tropical approach: natural materials, deep shading, cross ventilation and large openings toward the view. Materials and finishes are selected for durability in a humid coastal climate.
