Current overall status
Kaepa Hills is actively under construction. Some homes are already built and available to view, while selected villas are offered in presale.
Built homes available to view
Finished homes can be visited in person by appointment. We confirm which specific units are available to view at the time of your visit, since this changes as units are reserved.
Homes currently under construction
Work continues on site in stages. We share the current phase for each unit directly with interested buyers rather than publishing dates that may move.
Selected villas in presale
A limited number of villas are offered before completion. Presale terms, payment schedule and delivery expectations are set out in writing for each unit.
Construction updates
Dated site updates are published here once each entry and its photographs have been confirmed with the construction team. Until then, we send the latest verified progress report on request.
