A boutique community, unit by unit
Kaepa Hills is a small residential community in Mal País, on Costa Rica's Nicoya Peninsula, near Santa Teresa. Villas are offered with one to three bedrooms in a contemporary tropical design, with open living spaces, private parking and storage.
Because the community is being delivered in stages, availability changes. Some homes are finished and can be visited in person; others are still on site under construction; a selected number of villas are offered in presale.
